2. Please ensure to provide us with as much detail as possible on your business, and why you want access to R2R fulfilment.
3. Now, just sit back and wait for our team to approve your application.

We kindly ask that you do not raise multiple tickets concerning the same account as this will relegate your request down our system and lead to longer wait times.

Yes. We only source our sneakers from the most reputable places, so you never have to worry about replica goods.

Our services include product preparation, picking and packaging, dispatch and delivery, and returns. We help simplify your operations so you can scale effectively and profitably.

At RIVTO, we recognise that one of the most important factors of running a business is maximising customer satisfaction. Dropshipping allows you to focus on what matters most – marketing, growth and establishing a loyal customer base.

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, using a tracked & insured delivery service. Unfortunately, we do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

We currently offer the following delivery methods and rates at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.25
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.75
• Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM – £11.00

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on the products we sell.

Refunds are only provided in cases where we are at fault, such as if we dispatch a faulty product, an odd pair, or the wrong item.

If your customer receives an item that needs to be returned due to sizing issues, please contact us and provide clear photographs of the shoes in the same condition in which they were received.

If the shoes are returned in their original, unworn condition, we will offer either an exchange or store credit, subject to a £10 restocking fee.
